I wonder how GC will rationalize this

UGANDA!

A lovely country. No really, it is. With a sky-high rape rate - and no, you'll never get the perp even given a friendly talk by police. Where gays are jailed and even executed, just for being gays. Where witch doctors torture, mutilate and sacrifice children for the fun of it. And if you're albino, kill yourself, you'd be better off that way.

But George W Obama thinks the LRA is a bigger threat than the above.

For a change, he chose Evangelical Christians, rather than Muslims.

(Maybe this will energize the base now we are in primary season)

But I am dying to see how to rationalize openly killing children, given how the LRA soldiers are overwhelmingly underage.

Children who only fight for a self-ruled area, and have never, ever, conducted any operation, any, outside their area. They didn't crash planes into NYC buildings, or blew up urban trains in Spain and England, or engaged in a street battle in India's economic center. They have never operated outside their own grounds. But, somehow, America is now Under Threat from them.

Again, from a country where children are sacrificed for fun. Not in your Pakistan next door which is stable, if corrupt and poor.
