Wait! That might actually overthrow Museveni; or make gays capable of defending themselves from mobs; or children and albinos from witch doctors! Are you sure you want that? ;)

That's not even close to what would happen. The guns would be horded by violent traditionalists, not by children and gays, and there would be more vigilante killings against gays and probably children. You guys bitch about liberals throwing money at problems, but you're just as bad, if not worse, for thinking you can throw guns at the problem.
