Not really.
Homophobes do not want gay rights not qua harm but qua sex. They use the paedo-scares the same: not qua harm but qua sex. In this context, yeah, nothing should be off-limits, qua sex! Yet everything should potentially be off-limits, qua harm. The slippery slope argument only reveals you that they don't care about the harm but only about the sex.
