Seamus said "Americans", not "the USA".

Since it lacks any context that points otherwise, "Americans" clearly refers to the people, not the government.

And no, no current government kills their own children intentionally. Not even China anymore.










But yeah, when was the last time a parent was executed for killing their child? I am seriously curious, and not for a positive reason :S
