A story about a sexual relationship that involves a child is legally considered child pornography. I believe this is the same in nearly every North American and European country, EXCEPT, oddly, the United States. I'm not going to comment on American law, but I'm pretty sure that child pornography has to involve an actual child (making, for example, "fakes" legal because the child was not involved in the production of child pornography).

But whatever you do, just keep in mind I know very little about American law.
