it's important to understand a few things;
Your country, like Canada and the commonwealth countries AFAIK, is based on the supremacy of God, that's not me saying I believe in any religion, it just IS, and you can check either the constitution for that, or the human rights charters in the respected country, generally it's mentioned in the preambule;
Being based on the supremacy of God creates a hierarchy, where the Creator has authority (power) over its creation(s);
In this case, God created man, man created the government, and the government created the legal person (name on the birth certificate);
Any time you are being recognized as the name on the birth certificate you are the legal person, and the government has total power over you, even if the constitution says that men are free or immuned to this or that, remember man is not the legal person, man is man directly under God, it's man who is free, not the person, and you can't serve 2 Gods at the same time, you either serve God (being a man and no legal title whatsoever), or the money god (as a legal person serving commerce and government), and if the latter the constitution cannot do shit for you, as you're a legal person, a slave of the system, not that I want to use harsh words, it seems it's what it is;
Here's an example of this on this site:
http://freedomfromdebt.gettingstartednow.info/2011/07/you-are-the-one/
"I was told about two recent Court cases in the U.S.A. Both to do with home schooling and both families being told they cannot do it the way they wanted. One family argued using the Constitution and the other stipulating they are obedient to God. Guess what. The family that relied on the Constitution lost and the other family won and the judge said, man cannot be forced to be obedient to the state. Ive been saying the exact same thing but using different words. Now the family that won was approached by the state sometime after the case and asked to fill out forms.
Anyone guess why? If you say you are obedient to God then you better limit your obedience to God and not the state."
Of course if you're going to do something like that in court I suggest you know the subject quite well, because as a novice you could get eaten alive;
Also if you read the text I referred to as a novice you might not understand it all, you might get confused and misinterpret things up as there are a lot of legal terms and past explanations (some people go there and even think it's about religion, like the "Born again Christians" etc... which is surely not the case), and things get refined in time and directions change sometimes (so the most recent articles are the most important ones), but the essence remains the same, so I suggest that if you find this subject interesting that you take the time to read the stuff that's there in order to have a better understanding of that site before rendering a judgement about it;
..."The family that won was approached by the state sometime after the case and asked to fill out forms", that could be tricky so one better know what he's doing there, maybe better not to fill up a form at all;
So as a legal person nothing of what you mentioned (or not much, I didn't read them all) will be tolerated, and you can get in big trouble even if you mention the constitution, they won't give shit about it, and they're totally right, the person is not the one that's free (it's a pure slave), it's man or woman under God that is;
So you can study things up to know how to be in your "man under God" capacity, which is not illegal as ironic as it may sound... ;)
I think it's in one of Robert Menard's videos (maybe the "Magnificent deception" one) that if asked to swear on the Bible in court and you keep your hands on the Bible afterwards that means you're under the Bible's laws (God);
Now if then they talk about legal statutes and laws you can say "wo wo, ok, not too fast here, just checking in the Bible to see, please tell me what page it talks about what you mentioned here" hehe ;)
