You forgot to mention that many Anglosphere commenters thought important to show their outrage that an 8yo had a cellphone for herself.
Could be a topic, but was that anywhere near the point of the story?…

I think we're losing innocence, and by "we" I mean all of CLers, children and adults who see love as it is even if they might not partake in it.

It probably is what is needed in the long term. But it eats you inside.
