Yes, there has to be a very balanced law system for a country or nation to function. But greed has tipped the scales off their chains.. (so that's why people say 'Off the chains') The law system needs to be balanced once again or our countries will be divided and they will fail. As for trust.. it's good to have a little background check on the citizen's sanity before giving him or her a dangerous weapon. The weapon is only dangerous when it is used by a dangerous person.
