Changes

I'm glad to see a shift away from presuming that every poster who declares herself female isn't.

Running the gantlet of suspicion drove more than a few away.

My belief is that gender on the interwebz is similar to eye-color. I see no reason to presume that anyone stating they have brown eyes is untrue. Even though I know that the chances are astronomically small of us ogling pupils IRL to confirm.

At GC its the voice that comes through. And diverse voices bring a better flavor to the mix :)

The fakes and LEOs will reveal themselves through something other than their claimed RL traits, since their agenda involves more than deception about eye-color. And in the hoopla over "verification;" more than a few innocents may end up giving away too much, and more than a few agents-of-ill-will may actually have the RL bona fides that are being argued over.
