I would love to try it. I have tried to do some "simple training".
20-30? Wow, I doubt I have had a single one...
I have found that to put my alarm to ring some time before I actually plan to wake up, so I wake up during an active period makes me remember what I dreamed about. And I wrote all the dreams down in a dreambook. I have read that should be a start to train for lucid dreaming.
For those who don't know about it: Lucid dreaming is a way to control your dreams, and also control not to wake up while dreaming. Someone who is good at lucid dreaming, also remembers much more when/after waking up.
(I normally wake up at the most exiting, at the time that I REALLY DON'T want to wake up... And I have never been able to control my dreams. I have been conscious that I have been dreaming, and that I could be aware of that I actually was dreaming. I guess this is a small part of lucid dreaming. To control it, is more difficult.
I will try to find some info online. :)
Hugs!
B.
