Re: My dream last night.

There is a way to not wake up, some people said they used to spin around (while flying?) in their dream when they found they were waking up, and in that way they could avoid to wake up. Then they continued in their lucid dreaming, after that, I guess.

I don't know much about it, and I have never experienced it.

But I was thinking it would be a nice way to channel the frustration in the real world, and sort of have a secret world with my own laws, etc.

Just thoughts...

I really envy you your 1 time lucid dreaming. I have never experienced it. I have been aware that I have been dreaming, this have happened maybe 3-5 times. I am not sure. But it is not real lucid dreaming, I guess?
