I do lucid dream.

It is not frequent, but it happens.

I don't know how I do it. It seems to come naturally.

And no, being aware that you are dreaming is not the same as controlling it. I am aware of the difference when I am in the dream.

I am also only in control of the setting and myself, but other characters seem to still be autonomous. (The geeky wants to say "CPU characters")

It's easier for me to control when to wake up than when not to, but it can happen.

As for what happens in the dream when I control it, if I told you I'd get a ban. :) :D
