I guess I am looking for an easy way to manage this.. Not finding it.

Romance is never easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it.

Don't be in such a hurry. My exwife was in a hurry and, once she (amicably) separated from me, she caught a (curable) disease, had three penises on call, and totally trashed her good life. Now, she's healthy, with one guy who loves her and, so far as I can tell, she loves him. Speed kills. Slow down and stop fretting about it. YOUR other half will walk into your life when you stop looking so hard for her.
