Some people just have a natural knack for it. It takes a decent amount of will. I'll be in my dream telling myself that I am dreaming. I then force my mind to mold the dream. A few of my Lucid Dreams started as nightmares. The realization that I have dreaming is what starts it obviously.

I will admit a few of my Lucid Dreams were *ahem* X-rated fun for me and a lil girl haha. Most, though, consisted of me performing unnatural feats of awesome. Now that I think back one had to do with me inserting myself in the Battle at Helms Deep with some of my family. That was a fucking epic one! Thanks for sparking that memory! haha
