Top Chef contestant charged with CP possesion

Morgan Wilson, a guy I could have sworn won the 1st season of top chef just desserts (imdb lists him as just a former contestant though) has been charged with possesion of cp and faces up to ten years in jail. I'm pretty sure he was a single father too if I remember correctly. It's a shame.
