Er, I think this case is pretty clear-cut. We're talking about a daycare-aged child, which would make her younger than kindergarten. I don't care what you say, no child that age asks or wants to be penetrated. The article uses the word "forcible rape"--there's nothing obscure about that. It has a pretty distinct meaning. You guys have gotten damn close to the point where a child molester could murder a girl and you'd say, "Well, we can't be sure, maybe she wanted it." Seriously, enough already. It's getting sad.
