That seems clear enough.

Furthermore, although Foster was initially charged with forcible rape, those charges were dismissed - which suggests they didn't happen.

"Foster was facing a total of 20 counts of rape of a victim under the age of 13, four counts of sexual battery and two counts of gross sexual imposition.

The remaining 16 charges were dismissed, including two forcible rape counts that carried a maximum punishment of life, prosecutors said."


As Dante said, willfully obfuscatory.
