Alright, fair enough. Sorry, I jumped the gun on that one.

Furthermore, although Foster was initially charged with forcible rape, those charges were dismissed - which suggests they didn't happen.

He clearly plea bargained. He plead guilty to lesser charges (rape without force, which can still be nonconsensual--I suspect that's the case here; there was no consent, but the child just didn't fight back or struggle), but initially his charges included forcible rape and sexual battery. Regardless of the victim's age, that means there was no consent. Is it really that hard for you guys to stretch your minds around that concept? He forced her, several times. That's what happened.
