Thanks for sharing. Tween years are vulnerable years, and one jealous adult is all it takes to destroy her life, and yours. So sad, yet so common in today's world.

I used to be against peds adopting YFs, because I thought it was a bad idea to mix the roles of parent and 'adult friend'. But now I realize there can be no other way.
