The creation and propagation of the Protocols predates the Nazis. Sure, they latched onto it. But so have Neo-Nazis, and yet it wasn't invented in a compound in Idaho in the '80s either.

It 1st emerges in Russia. And its expansion follows the Russian Revolution and the 1st Red Scare internationally.
