I installed a later version of Firefox with Torbutton. I cannot set preferences in options, however. Whenever I change them they revert to original settings on restart and a "javascript application" pops up saying cannot update preferences. Now when I restarted it immediately it started an update -it may be trying to update to a newer version of FF. What can I do?
