To Be or to be. That is the question, really.

Death. The end of living. We all are going to die. Is there existence after physical death?

No.

There is no argument valid here. There is nothing to support the idea of continued existence.

In a surgical operation, an anesthesiologist administers medications that causes, among other thing, loss of consciousness. Question: where are you at that time? Do you exist? The YOU in you, I mean. Yes, your body and brain does, but the consciousness that comprises you does not experience experiences. You do not exist. Later, because the facilities remained intact, your consciousness returns and you continue to exist. But, what happens when the facilities end? The brain no longer processes electro-chemical signals. Consciousness ends and never restarts. End of existence.

Permanently.

So. Now what?

Eat chocolate. So long as the chocolate bar is conducive to being eaten, eat. This paragraph is a parable. What does it mean?

I ate one before. Very very few people know just how wonderful the taste is. No, “wonderful” does not suffice to define what happened to me. How do you explain a rainbow to a blind man?

What should I put into the rest of my life?

What will you put into the rest of YOUR life?
