Feds pay South Dakota to kidnap children

- Federal financial incentives have led social services in South Dakota to kidnap Indian children for profit.

Our government at work!

If only we could give our government more money, they could establish a new bureaucracy to oversee the old one, and a newer bureaucracy to oversee the new one!
