She looks... not unremarkable, but certainly not remarkable for what they say. As one commenter put it, in my area there are a lot of girls around that age (11±2) that might actually justify a reaction "is she 'too' sexy for her age", but not her. She is remarkable for her extremely cultivated fashion sense, true. She certainly is lucky that she has the money to spend on such brands, too. But the clothing choices pictured are not really particularly intentionally sexy. They are quite intentionally elegant and tasteful, which might be unusual in someone her age, but not intentionally sexy. (Of course, unintentionally, she is a girl that can make "conservative" clothing look sexy just because it is on her)
So, in essence, chill out and what the hell is the problem?
