Its a bit of a stretch to seize property used in a crime involving tangible goods; a rum-runner's boat, a Madam's brothel....
But its just nuts to seize real property as it relates to thought-crime involving looking at pixels downloaded from cyber-space.
Maybe, just maybe, if someone had "property" in Azeroth.....
We already know that the LEOs have magical powers which immunize them from tainted goods. Kiddie Pronz loses its ability to reoffend and corrupt when viewed by LEOs. And blood-money gets cleaned-up the moment its seized.
However when the profit-motive enters into it, justice gets tossed out the window; be it locking up kids for kickbacks, or commissioning ones own bribes in advance ⚠️ ↗ in exchange for letting perps walk.
