Re: malls?!

Yea when I was a kid, we did door to door trick or treating, but with all the "fear mongering" out there, more and more people are doing the "safer" stuff with their kids, like fall festivals at churches with their "trunk or treat" or the malls, or even secular events that feature "kid's re-treats" that cater to families, so I believe that the traditional trick or treating from door-to-door is going by the way side, which is a shame, because some of my fondest childhood memories come from Halloween, even today when I get whiff of brand new plastic, it takes me back when I was 5 years old and putting on a plastic mask (casper the friendly ghost ha!) and saying "trick or treat!"
