As long as the RIAA, MPAA and varied rest of allies nationally and internationally, insist that downloading is theft; they are abetting this.
I have no problem with the judge being taken to a wing where all the guys he sent to jail (fairly or not, at that) are.
Yet, he is far from the only responsible. The copyright trolls have even more blood on their hands, because they are the ones that have invented, perpetuated and propagated this victimless crime to the level of Evil granted to only drugs, pedophiles and Moosleems. The judge was just administering the same law that he would have administered to a defendant in a copyright suit put before his court.
