I have no problem with the judge being taken to a wing where all the guys he sent to jail (fairly or not, at that) are.
Yet, he is far from the only responsible. The copyright trolls have even more blood on their hands, because they are the ones that have invented, perpetuated and propagated this victimless crime to the level of Evil granted to only drugs, pedophiles and Moosleems. The judge was just administering the same law that he would have administered to a defendant in a copyright suit put before his court."
Not exactly. I believe US judges, unlike Singapore ones, do not have formally administered corporal punishment at their disposal. What they do have is absurd fines, terms of imprisonment, arbitrary probation terms and felony criminal records.
But the copyright trolls notoriously have sent bills for hundreds of thousands to families with children.
Children cannot effectively be fined because they do not earn. It might be possible to fine parents for deeds of children which the parents were unaware of and could not control; or children might be held to debts imposed on them in childhood so effectively taking all they can earn if and when they start earning.
