I haven't been looking for any news reports on this, but the one I saw said someone walked in and found him "taking a shower with a ten-year-old boy" and failed to call the police. Gosh, I've failed to call the police when I saw someone roller skating with a ten-year-old, too, so fire me. Did the media turn it into "rape" or was there a real rape? It sure seems to me that if there was a real rape, and someone walked in on it, then didn't bother to tell the police, that's damned unlikely. Which means it's damned unlikely it was rape, and a hell of a lot more likely that the facts didn't justify calling anyone.

"Nowhere was it indicated that the sex was consensual..."

In what circumstances do you think the media would have ever considered indicating the sex was consensual? Or even considered that it could have been? The lack of the media indicating it was consensual is no evidence in either direction. And if they've taken to calling it "rape" that's the irresistable force speaking, and amounts to absolutely no evidence either.

Of course, if he actually raped anyone, then to hell with him and someone should have called the cops immediately. But you'll have to show me some evidence that that's what happened.
