Sandusky was a scumbag. I'm with you on that. It's a very rare 10-year-old who would want a dick up their ass, I don't care what the BLers say. They're biased as hell anyway.
If the BLers are biased in this case, you have certainly outdone them.
Perhaps it would be better to ask all the boys in question before whom you cite making an assumption based upon how you would have felt about receiving anal sex at 10-years-old by an adult man, or how boys who do not have such an interest would feel about it. I'm sure many adult heterosexual men would tell you that they believe it's revolting to them to have another man have oral sex with them; their pride depends on them saying this.
It's always sad when an MAA shows the same biases and assumptions as the general public does when it comes to gender-based attraction that they themselves do not regularly share, and it's no better than the BLers in the past who used to claim that GL was not the moral equivalent of BL because they assumed that girls were far less likely to want intergenerational relationships with adults than boys, or girls would at least be "harmed" more by it.
You should consider this when spewing your dislike for BLers, something you have done in the past. If you can't, then you should at least do the honorable thing and admit you are too biased to fairly judge a situation of this nature if it involves a man and boys instead of a man and girls.
My stance on this is simple (and I do not have an attraction to males of any age): I have no idea what actually occurred, and if Sandusky did coerce those boys into engaging in any type of act against their will, he was indeed a scumbag and deserves to go to jail. But I did not personally conduct the investigation, I do not know either Sandusky or any of the boys he is said to have sexually interacted with personally, I don't know the exact circumstances surrounding the allegations (was he really likely to have been showering with boys at a time when a janitor would likely have walked in on them?), I do not know any of the witnesses personally, and I am aware of the strong biases of the media and the law when it comes to accurately reporting situations like this to the public. As such, I am not in a position at this point in time to make disparaging judgments on Sandusky until more evidence comes to light, and it comes to light after a thorough and objective investigation.
Regarding the actions (or inaction, as the case may be) of Paterno that led to his getting canned, I do agree with you fully.
