You MAY be right. In fact, I would say the odds are in your favor... but that is not proof. Neither of us have any solid basis for drawing a conclusion one way or the other at this point. It is the attitude you take that has allowed hundreds of people in this country to be imprisoned for 10, 20, 30 years... some even executed, for crimes it was later conclusively demonstrated that they did not commit. Because, ya know, when the accusation falls into the realm of the moral panic of the day, or the accused has the wrong skin color, or is poor and suffers from mental illness... well, ya know, some one has to pay for this (alleged) atrocity!!!!
