I have not seen the evidence you mention, nor any other mention of it.

There was one mention of Sandusky intimating to a teenage boy that if he did not accept Sandusky's advances, that he would not get special treatment in other ways. That suggests, at least, that Sandusky's behavior was not as good as it should have been. Likewise, the allegations of anal sex might also indicate a greater likelihood that the act was nonconsensual.

As others have noted, the problem is that whatever happened, the media reports would look exactly the same. For that matter, if a 400 pound 17 year old linebacker had anally raped Sandusky, the media report would look exactly the same: nonconsensual anal sex between an old man and a child.

Perhaps Sandusky is getting what he deserves. The problem is, there is no way for the public to know.
