I totally agree with what you said. Our country has forgotten about innocent until proven guilty. Not to mention, candle light vigils for something that happened years ago. If I found out I was raped/molested as a child I wouldn't want them to have a stupid vigil for something I probably should have gotten over by now. Or at least told someone or seen a therapist about if the pain is too strong. Hold a candle light vigil for kidnapped children or murdered children or something. Not because a penis was near them/on/in them.
