And last night, I saw this re-ran broadcast on a news channel where some lady-deemed-expert-on-the-subject was telling about how "predators take YEARS to groom their prey", and how they intentionally gain the respect and trust of all the adults in the community JUST SO THAT they can make their suttle attacks on our children whenever they please.

Yeah, the opposite thing would be to be an asshole.

And it would probably not be good to any career in which dealing with the public is a part of it - even if it didn't especially involve children.

So, is every non-asshole man a pedophile? Interesting thought.

Of course their are predators that are this way. But to claim that every person who evers gets accused of such things is that type of person, is fucking retarded and ludicrous.

The point is that whether or not he is a predator, or anyone is, doesn't depend on the time he spends grooming the kids or being nice to the adults with kids. It depends on what he does with them. Many people try to be nice with kids regularly. People who work with kids have to be nice to them nearly all the time (with the exception of telling them off for something, but even that is after the fact, not before the fact). It is part of their job. Even as a football coach, a job that requires kids to take hits and get hurt for you, I doubt any parent would enter their child to a team coached by someone intentionally mean. Does this lady expert seriously expect that? Well I guess she does, but...
