It could be he is being pressured not to badmouth Sandusky, but I think it's more likely he's just embarrassed and doesn't want to make himself a public figure, especially one connected to the firing of Paterno. I would be hard-pressed to come forward in that situation. Some people who claim to be abused weren't and are just media whores or people after money (there will be some massive payouts on this case, you can bet your sweet bippy on that.) But others who really were abused don't want to go through all the problems and hassles of a protracted trial. This is going to be the next big broadcasted trial, I'll bet.

Well, maybe not, because of the issue, although the MJ trial was partially broadcast. Anyway, there could be a number of reasons he's claiming Sandusky is innocent, but I think it's pretty clear something happened, and Sandusky was abusive simply by dent of his position in the charity and using it to keep the kids quiet.
