Yes. Kids are legally incapable of consenting to sex until the magic age of 18. However, when a kid has sex with another kid who is younger, they sometimes become adults, because the sex organs of the youngest child have magical properties that mentally age the older child to the point of adulthood. However, this does not automatically render the old 'chidult' (borrowed from 28, with apologies) able to consent to sex with a full adult, because the sex organs of the true adult will change them back to a child. Therefore, the only way for this chidult to become a full child again, with their innocence and ignorance restored, would be to have sex with someone older than 18. That will not, of course, protect them from the law if they've already become a chidult, had sex with a younger child, and turned back again. The chidult must be punished, even if it no longer exists, because the law cannot allow any sex with a true child to go unpunished, even if it means punishing a now-restored child. Now, if the true child were to in turn have sex with an even younger child, it would then become a chidult and would face the same legal repercussions as the chidult that had sex with it. Got it? :-p
