Gosh, I want Chris Hansen's show to reproduce the scenario with one of their fake minors - just to see if they can make it not look unreal!
That said, I have no problem with trial as an adult for an actual rape.
Hell, I have no problem with trial as an adult for any crime deserving the code entry.
(Of course, not all current crimes deserve the code entry)
I am not one to believe that minors are persons only for positive reasons.
