That's what makes it questionable for me.
If it really was rape, how come she wasn't screaming? She knew Grandma was near, and there would always be employees willing to intervene.
Even if it wasn't rape but consensual or at least unopposed contact, I seriously doubt that in America children in a designated children's area would be so unwatched that anyone would get enough time to play with them undiscovered. That makes little sense to me. But yeah, I will grant a slightly larger window for that - seeing something is probably harder than hearing something for the teleios. After all, that's why children have to be seen and not heard. (Which is also a suspicion of mine on this case: that he might have played the deference to age card to have her accept his advances.
