...students all have ESP (Extrasensory perception), and are really harmed by the thoughts of adults. I guess Dutch 16- and 17-year-old children are inferior the those here :-D

More than a few of those girls will undoubtedly suffer PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and need years, if not a life time of counseling to help them deal with it. Some will probably never be able to have a sexual relationship with a man as a result of what their teacher thought about them. Perhaps in a few years the Netherlands will join the real world in realizing that thoughts and actions are indistinguishable when it comes to anyone under 18 :-D
