It reminds me of a happening A told me maybe two years ago.
Two of her classmates were suddenly confronted with a man who exposed himself and started to masturbate. The girls laughed their pants off and kept watching until he was done.

I never checked if the story was actually true, but it was so detailed I don't think it was made up.
