I've seen some girls who are 14/15 who look sexier than 20 year olds, so yes, anyone who says they aren't attracted to them is just plain lying. On that note I don't think childen are emotionally or mentally capable of consenting to sex with an adult who has more experience and who's brain is fully developed. A lot of teenagers can't make good decisions on whether to do their homework or not let alone who they should be having sex with. They can't see past whats going on right this second, no matter how mature they seem.
