...that's why we are here. We will listen to you and understand exactly how you feel about this even if no one else in your life can...or is willing to try. We all know quite well what it's like to constantly have to deal with society thinking we are the worst scum in the world simply for being attracted to a much younger demographic, and telling us that admiring the great beauty of girls is somehow "obscene" or inherently wrong.

Just understand this: What society thinks about you is far less important in the scheme of things then how you conduct yourself in all ways with other people. Society can condemn you as a person, but it cannot condemn your soul; only you can do that. And I don't believe you don't routinely do bad things to people, because you seem to have a strong conscience, along with the ability to empathize with others. As long as you have these things, then you are not likely to let yourself cross an extreme ethical line, and it would be impossible for you to do so without feeling extreme remorse and going out of your way to make restitution if you did.

Most human beings have desires of various sorts, including strong sexual desires. As long as you control how you express the desires, and insure that you do so in a respectful manner, there is nothing wrong with having these desires. It is part of being human, and something that should be embraced and accepted, not rejected, denied, or loathed. It's an essential part of our being. But the ability to care about the well-being of others is also an essential human attribute, and when this is present to balance out raw sexual desire, then we have much less to worry about.

In my personal opinion, there are numerous highly respected people in Washington, the Pentagon, and Wall Street who make decisions that I believe are far less ethical than any decision you will ever make, Redcocoa. So no need to beat yourself up about being human. We all suffer from humanity and the foibles that come with it, and society doesn't get to define who and what we are in an intrinsic sense. Always remember that.
