Re: suggestion

I don't see the purpose for either type of post. Someone who wants to know who's in chat can click one link at the top of the page and see for themselves who's in chat and who isn't. Going into chat puts you on the list of who's in chat, leaving it removes you from the list, and neither action creates any extra clutter to push other topics into the archive. Excuse me for saying so, if it offends, but I think posts like this are worse than useless.
