I found it and checked. She says so at the end of the movie:

"Don't believe everything you hear."
"And definitely don't belive everything adults tell you."
"Specially if they say you can't fall in love when you're 10 years old."
"Because you can!

(And the movie ends with those words, and you see Jørgen and Anne swimming underwater towards eachother, and kissing underwater...)
