Minister of justice in Norway opens for teaching

Minister of Justice in Norway opens for teaching very small kids about abuse and setting limits. Maybe down to elementary school age.

"- We see things in elementary school called bullying, but which in reality is sexual abuse. Children do not understand the consequences, when a 12-year-old girl being held down by five peer boys and touched. We need to teach children about what actually is a criminal offense. Most people who rape when they get older, do not plan the rape, but wake up as rapists, said Lid."
