Besides, a little girl with an adult man tied to a bed would be in a safe position to do exploring. He physically cannot grab her, nor kick her, he cannot bite her unless she sticks anything in his mouth - she is completely safe from any violence from him, and can explore her and his body any way she feels comfortable with.
