I like how you look at it. A person who's only attracted to girls after they turn 18 is an incomplete heterosexual, because he's missing out on so much! Girls don't become attractive overnight. Even before puberty, they might not have the sexual characteristics one would expect to be drawn to, but they're still girls, and they're still pretty, and they're still people you can fall in love with!
Thank heaven for little girls, for they grow up in the most delightful way...

Again, great way to look at it. Unfortunately, what is moral is not always what is legal.
