How would you react if she expressed a wish to move back to you - go steady with you unstead of boys her age who tend to dump her?

That's a tough one. I doubt she would because she sees me more as an uncle than boyfriend material. If, though, she did that I think I would tell her that, first off, it is illegal and I could go to jail if anyone found out. Then I'd tell her that some day the right boy will come along, but meantime there's no hurry, and that she should learn to control her temper because you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Anyway, I think she'd be a lot happier if she was nicer to people, because then she'll attract nice people to her. Finally, that I love her beyond all that bf/gf business, that we are more than anything you can put a label on, and it's fine just the way it is.
