Pagans are like everyone else.

Brainwashed to believe the bullshit about pedophilia, and subjected to social pressure to make their views and practices palatable to the moral majority.

That having been said, they're not any worse than anyone else, and genuine pagans (especially of the less organized variety) may very well still view puberty as a celebration of fertility. But they're probably not likely to advertise it very loudly, or to drown it in so much symbolism as to render it entirely unsexy.
