Fear and frustration make people fall right into bear traps. Ask some guys I know as to why their POs send them back to prison, and they'll say something along the lines of, "I stood right in front of the recess area at an elementary school with a $100 dollar bill and a video game in my hand." All because they got frustrated over their attraction.

If you're on SR (supervised release), find things to do to keep the bears off your ass because they even catch you slipping into depression and back to prison you go. And keep the SOT by the numbers, no specifics. Do extra time at work, and keep the Pretty Baby or Lawn Dogs DVDs out of sight. And NO journals.

If you haven't been bear-caught, just do anything so long as you do it and you know how to get around the bears. DON'T get depressed dude.
